Children’s ABC’s Book Spread
C is for Celebrate! This project was created as a spread for a children’s ABC book! I chose the word Celebrate and decided to illustrate my dog staring at a birthday cake while being held.
I decided to illustrate the letter C as a wrapped gift to fit into the theme of celebration.
When is came to the colors, I focused on light reds and yellows. I chose these colors since I wanted to evoke a feeling of warmth although I decided to make. the colors lighter to make sure the colors wouldn’t come across too strongly.
